The H. Lee White Maritime Museum takes great pride in being an active participant in the Great Lakes maritime research field. Our goal is to make our archival and collection holdings available to all researchers. To place a research inquiry, or to inquire about the contents of our collection, click here with a description of your research, what you are looking for, and how we can be of service.
Our archival holdings include 1000s of photographs, documents, maps, charts and some ship plans. Too, our maritime research library consists of 1000s of secondary source material to supplement your research and better enhance your knowledge. We cannot process genealogical requests, as we do not have a large record of individuals outside of those associated with the property at which we reside.
